Montana’s 68th Legislative Session ended May 2nd, 2023, but the Legislature’s work continues. Legislators and staff are gearing up for the interim, which is the period of time between the end of one regular session and the beginning of the next. This interim looks different because Senate Bill 176
Montana is small enough that legislators often know many of their constituents by name. Each House District represents about 11,000 people and each Senate District includes two House Districts.
