The Energy and Telecommunications Interim Committee (ETIC) provides administrative rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Public Service Regulation (DPSR) and the Public Service Commission (PSC).

ETIC’s first meeting is August 1^st where members will discuss the committee’s assigned study, House Joint Resolution 6, and decide other topics for the interim.

ETIC’s statutory duties are in 5-5-230, MCA.

ETIC members include: Sens. Brad Molnar, Christopher Pope, Barry Usher, and Daniel Zolnikov, and Reps. Laurie Bishop, Steven Galloway, Gary Parry, and Katie Zolnikov.
