The Revenue Interim Committee (RIC) provides administrative rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Revenue (DOR) and the Montana Tax Appeal Board.

RIC’s first meeting is July 13^th where members will decide on topics for the interim.
No studies were assigned the Revenue Interim Committee.

The committee’s statutory duties are in  5-5-227, MCA.

RIC members include: Sens. Becky Beard, Greg Hertz, Shannon O’Brien, and Jeremy Trebas and Reps. Larry Brewster, Sherry Essmann, Paul Fielder, and Mark Thane.
