The Transportation Interim Committee (TIC) provides administrative rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Transportation (MDT), and the Motor Vehicles Division of the Department of Justice (MVD).

TIC’s first meeting is July 13^th where members will decide which topics will be discussed during the interim.
No studies were assigned to the Transportation Interim Committee.

TIC’s statutory duties are in 5-5-233, MCA.

TIC members include: Sens. Mike Fox, Theresa Manzella, Barry Usher, Shelley Vance, and Reps. Denise Baum, Scot Kerns, Denley Loge, and Zack Wirth.
