The Children, Families, Health, and Human Services Interim Committee (CFHHS) conducts interim studies related to health and human services. The committee also provides administrative rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS).

The committee’s first meeting is July 13^th where members will decide on topics for the interim.
No studies were assigned to CFHHS.

The committee’s statutory duties are in 5-5-225, MCA.

CFHHS members include: Sens. Chris Friedel, Jen Gross, Daniel Emrich, and Dennis Lenz and Reps. Jennifer Carlson, SJ Howell, Ron Marshall, and Mike Yakawich.
